SD09 DRILLING HEAD

SD09 spindle unit is designed with hydraulic cylinder feeding, the accuracy of spindle nose is strictly under 0.003mm and maximum drilling capacity up to 25mm (S45C). This unit allows to perform all types of machining applications such as drilling, chamfering, reaming and countersinking.


  • Standard 3-phase AC motor 1.5kW is included, optional maximum power up to 2.2kW
  • SBelt driven at fixed speed and incorporate a timing or V belt
  • SSpindle taper NT30 and HSK50 are available
  • SAvailable for servo driven at variable speedsm
  • SOMRON proximity switch sensors and stand are furnished
  • SAC Induction Motor protection IP 54
